Sunday incidents included a collision near Monticello involving Christine K Gempeler 18 Monroe James A Lestarge 18 Route 2 Monticello with fence damage at Sam E Duerst place Route 2 Monticello and a Brodhead incident at 12 21 p m miles southwest of Brodhead on Highway I involving Roger H Brobst 48 Brodhead and Lawrence C Johnson 68 Lowes Park Ill left front fender taillight and bumper damage. Raymond J Schenk 37 Monticello struck a Wisconsin Power and Light pole and a fence post. In politics a comment on Republican delegate selection followed by unrelated turnout at Arkansas Capitol protest.
