Chester Pinnow and Herman Ziltner led in loose hay. Robert Haur second. Top silage winners were Edward Kaderli for grass silage and Oliver Miller for corn silage with Marvin Siedschlag second in corn and other officials noting high quality samples. A Juda FFA sophomores exhibit demonstrated ration balancing for a 1,300 pound cow.

Four minor crashes were logged by city police as the snowstorm peaked.
