Auto theft arrest after Madison car recovered in Exeter Township
Deputy E John Collins chased down Donald Ray Penisten 18 of Oregon after the car stolen from Emilie Mueller Madison was found on a farm driveway in Exeter Township. Penisten confessed he followed the patrol car then tried to flee before hitching rides home. He was returned to Dane County for auto theft charges.
