Milwaukee Road passenger trains out of Monroe will end June 23 after a century of service. Trains from Janesville to Mineral Point are discontinued starting Monday June 23, per Public Service Commission order received by agent Louis W. De Lorimier. Other affected stations include Hanover Orfordville Brodhead Juta Browntown South Wayne Gratiot Dalrington Calamine and Mineral Point.
