A 16 year old Monroe youth suffered chest back and internal injuries when a jeep he was driving overturned while leaving a township dump. Lenwood Potts, 15, was injured lightly. A second crash on Highway 1181 west of Juda injured two truck drivers and a passenger. Calves were involved in the later wreck.

Charles LaBorde Dies at 62 in Rock Grove
Charles C. LaBorde 62 of Rock Grove died unexpectedly just before midnight at home due to a heart condition. He was born November 25 1896 in Cedarville the son of John and Lucy LaBorde Rubendall. He married Ida Zurbriggen May 9 1917 in Dakota. They farmed near Orangeville then Hampshire before moving to Rock Grove two years ago. Surviving are his wife three sons John P Juda Richard C and Robert M Juda three daughters Gene Rusk Florence Evans and Sally Ann Kundert and 18 grandchildren. A son Joseph preceded him in infancy and three sisters also. Services Sunday at 1 30 p m at Orangeville Methodist Church with Rev Albert of Hampshire Methodist officiating burial in Cedarville Cemetery. Friends may call tomorrow afternoon at Burlington Cramer Funeral Home in Orangeville.
