West Allis Boy Held for Interrelated Country Incident
A 14-year-old West Allis high school student was held in Brown County jail for questioning in a case involving a little girl, her mother, and a hammer. He allegedly set fire to a country school near Spirit Lake while fleeing Green Bay and later admitted the Green Bay incident after being returned by Lincoln County authorities. Police in West Allis reported the boy disappeared Friday night after wounding an 11 year old girl with a knife.

Charles Hill Dairy Leader Dies at 87 in Wisconsin
Charles L. Hill, 87, a leading Wisconsin dairyman, died Saturday night in an Elk Horn nursing home. Hill chaired the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture and Markets from 1928 to 1938 and oversaw Guernsey cattle imports from the Isle of Guernsey between 1905 and 1920.
