Six Auto Crashes Leave Six Injured Across Area
Multiple traffic accidents reported after a holiday weekend left six people hurt. Gary Armitage of Albany and several others from Monroe Brodhead Argyle Browntown and Rockford were treated at St. Clare Hospital for injuries ranging from neck and facial cuts to bruises and possible head injuries.

Former forensics teacher turned seminary student Martyn addressed the Monroe High School 1969 seniors in the Junior High Auditorium on June 1. He urged flexible, inclusive thinking as they face social challenges and a changing world, urging weighing facts and listening to all sides. The service featured the Mixed Chorus, hymns, and a participatory opening hymn, with prayers by Rev. Kalscheuer and invocations by Rev. Pinnow.
