Norwegian Midsummer Celebration at Folklore Village
A Norwegian Midsummer Festival is planned around Wakefield School near Ridgeway on Aug 3 to 4 with registration at 2 p.m. Aug 4. Attendees include Torleiv Bolstad and Kjellang, Anders and Sidsel Ammerkrud, and Ingar Sodal. Events feature a pre festival concert, rosemaling by Mary Frances Anderson, Nordic foods, and a Smorgasbord on Saturday night. Reservations due by Aug 1 via Frances Sprain, Rt. 3, Dodgeville.
