Sanford Harris, 43, charged with aggravated kidnapping in the abduction and beating of Charlene OBrien, 27. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 18 after Magistrate Robert Gemignani advanced the date so the victim could view Harris. OBrien was found June 20 and hospitalized, Harris held on 100000 bond at Winnebago County Jail.
