Miss Margaret Burgi and George Byington announced the system will enable direct calls to the Madison general office or any district office power plant or substation. It is expected to handle at least one third more calls daily and save employee time while enabling faster service and future features like teletypewriter, data processing, conference calls and remote control.

Racine Youth Sisters Admit School Damage
A 15 year old boy and his 11 year old sister confessed to breaking into the Mitchell school in Racine over the weekend and causing 5 000 to 6 000 in damage.
