Nathan C. Dale, 29, of 2220 th Ave, died at 3 25 p m when crushed inside Kubly Transfer 1202 18th St as a trailer hooked to a tractor pinned him. Coroner ruled accidental no inquest. Fire at Fenton Hotel injures elderly residents in Rhinelander
In Rhinelander the four story Fenton Hotel’s fourth floor fire hospitalized eight people, mostly elderly, with five kept overnight in satisfactory condition. Fire Chief Bates led a 15 man crew to control the blaze in one hour and rescue occupants including 90 year old Mrs. Clara Pierce and 76 year old Mrs. Mabel Ehmke.
