Joseph Curtis Schwartzlow seventeen year old Albany High School sophomore with a history of open heart surgeries died of congested heart failure while driving in Albany. Coroner Wag ner reported no inquest. An autopsy noted prior operations in 1960 and valve irregularities. He was accompanied by Ronald Briggs fourteen. FBI Withholds Kidnap Charges In Car Theft Case
Roger Dale Hobson 21 of Rockford was arraigned on interstate transportation of a stolen car after a boy slept in the back seat.
