County Board Adopts Coroner Report On 81 Deaths
Green County Coroner Richard Wagner told the Board of Supervisors last night that 81 county deaths were investigated in the past year, 11 more than 1964. He cited four traffic fatalities, two non traffic on private property, and one self inflicted death. 61 natural or other causes. Moore Forms to Build $2 Million Plant in Monroe
Moore Business Forms Inc will construct a new manufacturing plant in Monroe on 29 acres on the west side. Schlichting Remains in Intensive Care After Silo Fall
Robert J. Schlichting, 22, of 602 22nd Ave, was seriously injured in a Tuesday silo fall. He fell 25 to 30 feet, underwent surgery to relieve spinal cord pressure, and remains in St. Clare Hospital in intensive care with condition as good as can be expected. He was unconscious for about three minutes.
