Mrs Beutel 76 of 622 19th Ave Monroe was struck by a car at Sixth Street and 19th Avenue and rushed to St Clare Hospital in critical condition with injuries to her leg hip and chest. The vehicle was driven by Bill L Williams of 1321 17th St Monroe.
