Rt Rev Msgr William H Mahoney 70 vicar general of the Madison diocese died at St Josephs infirmary Hot Springs Ark after heart attacks suffered Feb 22 and yesterday He was born in Shullsburg and served at St Raphael Cathedral Madison and in Milwaukee Janesville Waukesha and Watertown Funeral set for St Raphael's Madison with Bishop O Connor presiding Burial in Holy Cross Milwaukee He is survived by two brothers John and Thomas and two sisters Genevieve Cleary and Kenneth McCormick The two brothers will return the body to Madison

Thomas Daly of Edgerton has been hired by Juda high school as agricultural teacher by Superintendent Charles Hub. Daly is a 1951 University of Wisconsin graduate with a major in agriculture and minor in biological science, replacing Royce Lindauer who resigned for health reasons and moved to Madison. The Daly family plans to move to Juda this weekend. Daly has taught at Oconto Falls and attended Amarillo College and the University of Wisconsin.
