Council Okays 400000 Borrowing for Ramp Project

The worst snowstorm in about 50 years battered southern Ohio and moved into Virginia after a path across Kentucky and the Plains. Deaths across the nation reached 145 with 47 in fires and heating accidents and 33 from cold exposure. Cincinnati had 13 inches of snow, Dayton 10, and Louisville 12.
