Monroe Native Headed to New Zealand as A F Attache
Lt Col P Keith Wilkinson of Monroe, visiting his sister in town, will depart Saturday for Washington to prepare as a U S Air Force attache in New Zealand. After training and a three to four year tour, he will move to Tucson with his family to begin duties February 1. He spoke to the Monroe Rotary Club during his visit. He has served over 20 years on active duty, entering the Navy in 1943 and later joining the Air Force in 1951, with a career including SAC assignments and World War II service.
