The Monroe School District accepted The Northern Trust Co. and Associates low bid of 4.91572 percent on a $1.3 million bond issue for a south side school. Net interest cost is $441,186. Seven bidders ranged from 4.91572 to 5.095 percent. occupancy targeted for January 1978. Architects Bradley and Bradley propose a storage area. bids for Phase 1 to be opened Sept. 23. Board approves two teaching contracts for Debra Gunnelson and Richard Johnson.
