Milwaukee area nurse charged with trying to hire murder
Mrs. Virginia Lubcke 49 former nursing home operator arraigned in Dane County Court on charges she solicited an accomplice to commit murder. A 30 day mental exam was ordered and the body of a deceased former employee who left her estate to Lubcke will be exhumed today. Lubcke had entered a hospital and was arrested after police say she tried to hire Harrison Revells Jr. to commit a felony against her husband Fred around July 7.
