Castro Guard Nabs Bomber Near Castro Rally

Cheese Warehouses at Rib Lake Burned
A spectacular fire in Rib Lake caused about 50 000 dollars in damage to two cheese warehouses used by the Rib Lake Cheese Co. An affiliate of C. J. Berst & Co. of Portage. The flames fed on thousands of cheese boxes a wrapping material laden truck and other supplies. Firefighters from Rib Lake Westboro and Medford battled the blaze.

Winifred Kittelsen 81 of Albany Route 1 died at St. Clare hospital from burns suffered when her apron caught fire while raking leaves April 17. She leaves three sons Rodney O Kittelsen Elwyn and Kenneth one sister a half brother and several grandchildren. Services Tuesday at Albany Methodist church with burial at Hillcrest cemetery.
