Mayor Defers Equipment Bill Citing City Needs
Mayor Schiller told the City Council he will not submit a rental bill for snow removal gear for some time. Legal counsel Sundy ruled he may claim 107 dollars for bulldozer rental at the dump, but not 25.50 for personal services. The mayor said he will file the bill when funds are best for the city and regretted a $20 snow removal claim earlier this year.
