Widow Ella Hartwig, 58, Dies After Illness at Home
Ella Hartwig formerly Kundert, age 58 of 1923 12th Street, died after a three month illness. She was born October 21, 1890 in Jordan Township and married George J. Hartwig December 19, 1918. Surviving: husband, daughter Mrs. Herman Blum, four sons, a sister, and 12 grandchildren. Services planned Saturday at St. John's United Church of Christ with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.

Edward Pfeuti 84 Dies in White Haven Nursing Home
Edward Pfeuti 84 of Monroe died last night at 11 30 in White Haven nursing home from old age complications. He was born November 20 1874 in Can ton Bern Switzerland and came to Green County in 1907. He married Mary Koenig in 1912 and they farmed near Albany until retiring in 1945. Survivors include three sons Ernest and Robert in Milwaukee and Walter in Albany a daughter Mrs Herbert Nutter in Arlington Virginia two sisters Mrs Flora Fluder Monroe and Mrs Lea Harran Switzerland four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery following services at Stuessy funeral home Saturday at 1 pm officiated by Rev Paul H Olm. Visitation after noon tomorrow.
