Monticello Youth Faces Ne negligent homicide charge in Busjahn death
Richard Lee Feller 17, of rural Monticello, will be charged with negligent homicide after a coroner's jury found Mrs. William Busjahn's death resulted from the crash south of Cadiz school on April 5. Feller may face a preliminary hearing or be bound for circuit court. Zane Zurbuchen, 17, also involved, testified Feller tried to elude police at speeds up to 100 mph earlier that night.

James McIntyre of Lodi was arraigned before Justice L A Koenig on two counts of transporting diseased hogs and the case was continued. Witnesses heard include C F Holmes who received the hogs and Dr C G Hennager the local veterinarian. The charges cover cholera infested hogs transported on March 28 and 29 through Green County.

In Denver a Catholic priest refused to name the repentant bank robber who confessed the Colo rado State Bank daylight holdup on Feb 17. The priest returned $6 850 of the $7 780 taken and said the robber gave the money. U S Attorney Donald E Kelley quoted the priest saying his lips are sealed by sacred obligation. Kelley said the priest asked not to be named and that partial return does not absolve the robber. He urged the robber to come to authorities to clear his conscience.
