A 32 year old Lodi trucker James O Neill pleaded not guilty in Madison Superior Court to selling cholera infected pigs to Dane County farmers and was released on 200 bail. James McIntyre, 47, also of Lodi, scheduled for a Dane hearing next Thursday on similar charges, was not located for yesterday's court appearance. Dane County Atty William D Byrne said the men allegedly sold 300 diseased pigs for about 4500 with the animals dying within a week.
