Fatal kerosene fire in New York mother and daughter

In a midnight blaze at 67 West Sixth Street Mrs. Kate Houston 28 died after severe burns to her clothing and that of her daughter aged 28. The mother died and the daughter is expected to die. The couple had separated after marriage.
