Ward County grand jury indicts five in criminal cases
The Ward County Grand Jury indicted Stacie Marie Garrett also known as Stacey Stanley for unlawful delivery of marijuana over four ounces. Armando Sotelo 30 was indicted for incest. Ralph Bernal 19 faces a subsequent DWI offense. Jesus Aceves 42 was indicted for theft of a motor vehicle valued between 200 and 10 000. Richard Newport 22 was indicted for theft of a firearm. Also Larry Mosley charged in the Fort Worth stabbing deaths was indicted. Other police activity includes DWI charges diesel fuel dumping oil mud damage and two public intoxication cases and a two car crash with injuries.
