Pensioners exempt from biennial examinations after Sept
Instructions to pensioners to appear for biennial exams were repealed by Congress. Dr Craig, pension surgeon at Rock Island, has been informed, so pensioners need not report for examination. Quarterly receipts should be forwarded to the agent as usual.
