125 000 extra votes will be allowed over regular votes for each $25 club of new business. A $25 subscription yields 75 000 regular votes plus 125 000 extra votes, totaling 200 000 votes per club. Second voting period runs May 27 to June 8. third period runs June 10 to June 22 with specified vote scales.
