Walsh Denied New Trial in Prison Transfer to Fort Leavenworth

Chicago January 18 The United States circuit court of appeals denied John R. Walsh a new trial. A mandate ordered Walsh committed to Fort Leavenworth Kansas. Prison officers arrived at his office to take him into custody and he faced the transfer with calm defiance.
