M KINLEY TO GO HIGHER
C L McKinley, general agent for the Chicago St Paul Minneapolis and Omaha, will receive a promotion taking him away from Sioux City. His new duties include commercial jurisdiction over a district reaching as far north as Worthington and west to Mitchell with a local agent at Sioux City. He will spend about half his time on the road and may visit Mitchell occasionally. The change preserves his ties to Sioux City through a local agent.
