New Mortgage System Proposal by Dr Eriil Dorn

Dr Eriil Dorn of Chicago visits and proposes a German style mortgage bank to reduce lending rates. A domestic system could lower first mortgage rates to 5-6 percent and fund sinking at 1 percent, benefiting landowners and the economy.
