Knife attack at Marshall boarding house leaves woman in danger

At 1 o'clock this afternoon John Moore, owner of the Marshall boarding house on Simmons Street, attacked boarder M J Irving with a knife after a dispute over a board bill. Mrs Irving tried to intervene and Moore wounded her in the neck. Mrs Irving is in precarious condition. Moore is jailed to await Mrs Irvings fate. He has threatened the couple previously.
