U S Land Office Mitchell Dakota dated December 27 1886 enters complaint by George Sandon Davison County against Thomas E Griffin for failure to comply with timber culture entry No 6421 dated July 14 1861 on sixteenth section four two etc to cancel the entry contestants claim failure to plant and replant five acres three and three quarters acres planted trees dead and then summons to appear February 10 1857 at 10 oclock a m to testify. Notice also says claimant filed intention to make dual rent in support of his claim with proof to be made before the register at Mitchell Dakota February 26 1837
