H L Bras, chairman of the Republican county committee, says Theodore Roosevelt will include Mitchell in his statewide vice presidential campaign tour. Roosevelt is expected around September 14, arriving mid afternoon after speaking in Sioux Falls and Yankton. Gov Shaw of Iowa and other speakers are planned to join the western campaign effort.

Narrow Escape on Main Street Causes Wreck and Arrest
Mrs W J Healey and Mrs T J Spangler escaped serious harm when a runaway horse crashed into their buggy on Main Street near the opera house.
