Fletcher 6 Judgment in Jandt Attachment Case

Judge Abbey ruled for Fletcher in the Jandt attachment action heard Saturday morning. Fletcher had previously attached sample trunks for a board bill. the attachment was satisfied weeks earlier when Jandt gave an acceptable bond. Attorneys Helwig for Fletcher and Goodykoontz for Jandt. Judgment was for Fletcher for 65 dollars.
