The Saline County Index reports that after three months the publication venture failed financially. Owner McCormack of Gilliam, aged 83, sold the entire subscription lists and good will to the Democrat News of this city. Fire destroys Columbus Buggy Co building in Kansas City
A three story brick building housing the Columbus Buggy Co Bank of Commerce Kimball Piano Co and others was burned early last Friday morning causing an estimated 200000 in damages.
