Deaths of Horace Hornbeck in Lincoln Nebraska
Horace Hornbeck died at his Lincoln home on July 29 at about 37. His remains arrived by the Wabash Railroad on the 31st and were taken to Dr A A Wheeler’s residence where a funeral sermon was preached in the Wheeler yard before burial in the city cemetery. Survived by his wife Ruth Wheeler a sister and four brothers. Born near Miami he had been weak since early life. His father predeceased him and his mother Mrs Josie Hornbeck died about a year ago. He was married 13 years to Ruth Wheeler with no children. He suffered a hemorrhage last March and declined rapidly. the final symptoms came as a relief. Miami Correspondent.
