John Winkler died suddenly of heart failure at his home near Ayres on July 22 aged 51. The 11 month old child of Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Hoy died July 27. Mary McMahan, possibly the eldest Saline lady, died July 25 aged 97. Mrs. H. L. Richardson died of blood poisoning from childbirth. Igon McKinney Sr died at his son Jobo's in Gillam of paralysis aged about 40. A 16 month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hall died July 26 in Cretcher. Mrs. Caroline Peay died at 25 after infant loss. funeral in Noix Creek. George McCray died July 31 near Marshall. George Hardin Shumate died of tuberculosis aged one. Mrs. Sallie Kincaid died at 61. Joe Connell died at Napton aged elderly. Henry Yarnold died near Blackburn July 30 at 55. Funeral with Masonic honors.
