First GM Hockey Broadcast to Shine Nationwide Nov 11
The General Motors Hockey Broadcasts begin November 11 with the New York Rangers vs Toronto Maple Leafs at Maple Leaf Gardens Toronto. Through March 17 weekly Saturday night games will be aired coast to coast. Montreal Maroons home games may substitute on occasion. Over 70 stations will carry the broadcasts, with full lists released soon.

Minnesota Community Rink Adopts New Season Plans
A large reorgan ization meeting elected officers including President W D Berwick and Secretary LD J A Dahlgren. The group voted to lengthen the rink to 175 feet, pledged nightly supervision by committee members, and announced a whist drive and dance in Miniota on Friday to raise funds.
