A Ford coupe driven by Milling overturned on the road north of Beulah Sunday. The incident caused broken glass but no further damage to the vehicle or injuries reported.
Fall assizes will open at the Minnedosa court house on Tuesday November 6 with three criminal cases to be tried and likely two civil cases of slander. Mr Justice Galt will preside.

A group of Manitova University students entered a provincial cabinet chamber in Winnipeg last week to demand urgent action on a new university building and site. They presented the premier with a note appealing for faster action and then departed, leaving the issue to him.
