Birdtail River School Division No 38 trustees met at Shoal Lake on November 23 1967 at 2 00 p m with Superintendent Davison and architects Macleod Bermar Pratt Lindgren Snider Romcej and associates present. Motions approved minutes November 9 and 14 and an honorarium of 25 for the guest speaker. An adjournment to November 29 1967 was set and a motion to rescind October 23 1967 pay of Mr Steven Bunn was discussed. Addendum covered building projects and open planning philosophy with slides. An informal session in Winnipeg on November 14 1967 discussed proposed buildings and unitary division.
