Flu vaccine is now available from doctors with November appointments advised. Health Centre staff honored Ada Baxter on November 4 for 18 years as cook, receiving a swag lamp. Vera Beamish resigned for health reasons after nine years as assistant cook and received a crystal bowl. Retired Ethel Bates was celebrated October 28 at home, serving 7 plus years in housekeeping with a crystal vase. the staff will miss them and share memories.
