Mrs Reynolds visited Hagniota Mise on Saturday. McLenehan hosted the Girls Bridge Club at Mrs Rollins on Thursday. Miss V Paulson won the prize. After business, thanks were given to Mrs Rollins and Miss McLenehan. Next meeting March 15 hosted by Miss Woods.

Attendance at Horse Shoe Club whist drive and dance
Despite poor roads the Horse Shoe Club event drew a good crowd Friday. Twenty six tables remained in play with prizes won by Mrs R M Oliver and Annie Babuck, P S MacPherson and G Walker. After cards the Merrymakers provided music for the dance and lunch was served.

Peace Garden progress to begin on Canada to Canal Highway
The International Peace Garden project has made progress this season. Work on the garden area near the Canada to Canal Highway will start early in the spring. On Tuesday evening in March at 1745, W V Udall editor of the Boissevain Recorder will speak over CKY about the Peace Garden.
