Miniota Council Approves By-Law and Light Upgrades
The Miniota Manitoba council met June 4 1968 in the municipal office with all members present. Support was given to By-Law No 1579 approving a contract with Manitoba Hydro. Delegations discussed fire protection and a machinery maintenance agreement with Powell Equipment. Manitoba Hydro lighting changes were approved for Isabella Arrow River Beulah Crandall and other areas with specific pole installations and deletions. The council planned future meetings and authorized various tax and election related actions.
