Councils Staff Dismisses Suit Then Weighs New Claim

Judge Snyder dismissed the suit of Hendricks against Barker for the promissory note of 1866 dollars and ten cents in superior court. Barker then seeks 14000 dollars in damages for alleged misrepresentation by Hendricks.
