Suttle Pritchard Seriously Injured in Fatal Collision
Suttle Pritchard of Millbrook was seriously injured when his car collided head on with a vehicle driven by Ernest Dunford of Lakefield R.R.3 on Highway 28 near the Nepheline mine road three miles north of Lakefield Tuesday around 5 pm. Mrs. Dunford and Mrs. W. W. eKim of Peterborough, a passenger, were killed. Dunford was later discharged from hospital while Pritchard remained in serious condition with multiple injuries.

Mrs. John Patton Sr. of Cavan Township died December 14, 1957 at her son in law’s residence in Port Hope. Born Margaret Kinsman she was 81 and widow of the late Robert John Patton. She married in Huntsville on December 25, 1899 and lived on Lot 1 Concession 2 Cavan.
