Compressor progress at Horn Silver mine boosts output near Milford
Rejuvenation of Tintie Lead's Horn Silver mine at Pris co Milford shows strong activity with seventy workers. A new compressor and transformers provide ample power as ore shipments reach seven carloads in a week. High grade copper ore up to 50 percent in samples, with 7 percent copper in standard runs, and potential expansion on 900, 1000, and 1200 levels suggest increasing production and new ore bodies being developed across 200, 500, 650, and 700 levels.
