Two grand prize winners from the Bee state crown the Casper Wyoming event. Carol Menlove and Camille Thompson both 19 from Salt Lake City Utah win top prizes for home sewn fashions in virgin wool. Thompson earns a $300 college scholarship from Forstmann Woolen Company. Menlove receives a one year scholarship to the Traphagen School of Fashion in New York.

Santa to Greet Children at Christmas Program Saturday
Milford readers will attend a community Christmas program at Milford LDS Church on Saturday at 6 30 p m for Santa to greet local children then linger through Sunday night with home visits by the Legion Auxiliary to shut ins and underprivileged families. Dixie defeats Milford 37 28 in a basketball game watched by local fans with Clyde scoring 13 points and Fawcett leading Dixie.
