Plotter admits trying to blow up Jersey plant
Trenton federal court heard Fred W Bischoff a Heinelberg graduate and practicing dentist plead guilty to attempting to blow up the naval machinery plant of Gould Eberhardt at Irvington New Jersey. Federal agents thwarted the plot and Bischoff will be sentenced later. William Henmaier of Irvington is indicted as an accomplice and will be arraigned today.

Liberty Bond Fourth Loan Plans Announced by McAdoo
Washington reports Secretary McAdoo completed plans for the fourth Liberty Loan, set at 6 billion dollars. Bonds will date October 24 with 4 1/4 percent interest, first coupon at 113 days, payments due in five installments by January 30, and denominations ranging from 50 to 10 000 dollars with both registered and coupon options.
