Joshua Corwin Hawkins died at his home in Otisville on Friday after a battle with cancer and complications. He was 74, born May 26, 1842 in Otisville, son of Billy Hawkins and Clarinda Majock. He married Charlotte Green and was a lifelong farmer. He belonged to Hoffman Lodge F and A M and Otisville Grange No 1020. Survived by three sons Urwin E James J and Dee C Hawkins and three daughters Mrs Eval Minnehan and Mrs Susie McWi Yams.
